For the past 19 years, health and fitness have been more than just a routine — they’ve become a way of life. But truthfully, I wasn’t always the healthiest kid. It wasn’t until I discovered running and nutrition that I truly learned how to care for my body and use that knowledge to fuel my own fitness goals.

Back in 2005, I fell in love with running — and that journey led me to complete four marathons. But more importantly, it introduced me to a lifestyle I’m passionate about and now get to share with others.

I’m not here to just help you reach your fitness goals; I want to help you enjoy the process. My aim is to make fitness a fun and positive part of your everyday life.

With over 23 years in the customer service industry, I bring more than just training — I bring compassion, patience, and a commitment to making every session count.

At just 5’2" and a kid at heart, I’ve developed a popular kids' fitness program that’s all about movement and fun. I understand that children today face more screen time and less activity, and I do my best to keep them moving with engaging sessions that don’t feel like a workout.

I try every day to be a positive role model — not only for my clients but for my two daughters, Megan and Hayley. With my wife by my side and a family that keeps me grounded, I’m reminded daily of what really matters. And I bring that mindset into every session.

When it comes to fat loss, I know how difficult it can be. I’ve been there. I believe in celebrating small victories that lead to long-term success. You’ll never feel judged — just supported.
