The Experience

You aren't just another membership number here. I provide a people-first coaching experience tailored to your unique needs—whether that’s adaptive movement, recovery support, or general health. We use great music, storytelling, and a non-judgmental approach to make sure you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
For our first session, just come ready to move! Please have:
  • Comfortable workout clothes and running shoes
  • A water bottle and a small towel
  • An open mind and a positive attitude
I’ll take care of the rest of the equipment.

Trust & Logistics

Absolutely. I am fully certified in Personal Training and First Aid. I am also comprehensively insured for both in-home and outdoor training sessions, ensuring a safe and professional environment wherever we train.
Consistency is key to your results, but I know life happens:
  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full cancellation with no charge.
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: We will reschedule your session to a better time.
  • Under 24 Hours: To keep your momentum going, the session becomes a Remote Workout. You'll receive a custom video or PDF guide for that day's plan so you don't miss a beat.
We won't let a little rain stop us. If we have an outdoor session scheduled and the weather doesn't cooperate, we can move the workout into your home (if space allows) or transition to a virtual live-video session so you still get your coaching in.
